Health & Safety Manage

Role Description The Health & Safety Manager at LightHouseTV.nl is a part-time, remote role responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies across the organization's activities. On a day-to-day basis, this role reviews operational procedures, assesses risks, and ensures compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards. The manager conducts virtual inspections, coordinates and documents accident investigations, and recommends corrective and preventive actions. The position also involves training team members on safety practices, maintaining accurate records, and advising leadership on health and safety improvements to support safe content creation and remote work environments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills.
• Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills to manage environmental and regulatory aspects.
• Candidates should possess Accident Investigation and Inspection skills to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Candidates should have knowledge of relevant local and international health and safety regulations and standards.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, and documentation capabilities.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to train and influence remote teams.
• Candidates should be able to work independently, manage part-time remote responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A relevant degree or certification in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is beneficial; experience in media, broadcasting, or similar environments is a plus.
