We are currently looking for a confident and well-presented Arabic-speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English
Manage front desk operations, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
Coordinate with sales agents, management, and internal departments
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times
Support administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination, and basic reporting
Requirements
23 years of experience as a receptionist or front-office executive, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment
Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
