Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role located in Doha, Qatar. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the guest experience is welcoming and seamless. The role involves maintaining professional communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette. The Hostess will work closely with the team to uphold the professional standards and reputation of Loft A Studio.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
• Experience with managing Reservations and handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of proper Phone Etiquette and professionalism during interactions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience as a Hostess or in a similar role is a plus
• Strong command of English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
