Hostess

Trump International Golf Club Dubai is looking for a Hostess to join our F&B team across our standalone dining outlets.

Job Purpose

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests dining at the club, delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will manage reservations and seating with professionalism and discretion, contributing to a smooth, memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate waitlists using the club's booking system, communicating expected wait times
• Coordinate table turnover to maximise dining room efficiency, especially during busy periods or events
• Communicate guest seating and flow updates to servers and management, monitoring dining room and patio capacities
• Assist with special requests, including dietary needs, accessible seating, and large parties
• Handle guest concerns or complaints gracefully, escalating as needed
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming entrance, reception area, and hostess stand at all times
• Support patio and outdoor dining service during tournaments and events

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a standalone F&B outlet (independent restaurant, fine dining, or high-end lounge) is essential — hotel-only F&B background is not a fit for this role
• Genuine flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with extended hours during peak golf season and major events
• Well-groomed, presentable, and polished in line with club standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Calm, friendly demeanour with a high level of professionalism under pressure
• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software is a plus
