Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess located in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, coordinating with the waitstaff, and maintaining an organized and pleasant front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in managing Reservation Systems (preferably SevenRooms)
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house area
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information
