We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑driven HR professional to support our HR operations in the critical area of Personnel & Time Attendance Control. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of all attendance‑related data, manage shift schedules and leave records, support payroll preparation, and uphold full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Attendance Management

  • Enroll new employees in the attendance system across all job levels.
  • Monitor daily attendance, absences, and discrepancies.
  • Follow up on late arrivals, early departures, and missed punches.
  • Validate and correct attendance records as needed.

 

Shift & Scheduling

  • Maintain and update shift schedules (day, night, weekend, and special schedules).
  • Coordinate manpower allocation with production teams.
  • Ensure accurate shift configuration in attendance and HR systems.

 

Overtime & Leave Control

  • Calculate overtime in line with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Track and manage all leave types (annual, sick, casual, etc.).
  • Confirm all leave requests are documented and approved properly.

 

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit HR operational reports (attendance, absenteeism, overtime, etc.).
  • Track and maintain employee leave balances.

 

Payroll Support

  • Provide precise attendance and time‑tracking data for payroll.
  • Submit monthly attendance summaries to the HR Manager prior to payroll finalization.

 

Compliance & Investigations

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Conduct administrative investigations related to attendance and absenteeism violations.
  • Support additional HR administrative tasks as required.


QUALITIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 2–3 years of solid experience in HR Administration, personnel, and attendance control—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
