Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be Dubai-based, available to join immediately, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and joining formalities
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, retention, and workplace culture
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases in compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Assist with HR reports, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong exposure to recruitment and employee engagement activities
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate availability is mandatory
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with recruitment portals and HR systems
  • Event coordination or internal communication experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
