Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be Dubai-based, available to join immediately, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and joining formalities
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, retention, and workplace culture
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Assist with HR reports, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, preferably in the UAE
- Strong exposure to recruitment and employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is mandatory

- Experience working with recruitment portals and HR systems
- Event coordination or internal communication experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
