EgyCham is hiring HR Director for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing located in Maadi.

Role Description

  • Develop and lead the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth plans, and business objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Build and implement HR frameworks, policies, and governance structures to support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management strategies across all business units.
  • Lead the development of a strong performance management system (KPIs / PMS) to drive accountability and results.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • From 14 to 16 years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage is a MUST.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading HR functions from a strategic level, aligning HR with business growth and expansion plans.
  • Strong background in organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning within complex and multi-entity organizations.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems (KPIs, PMS) aligned with business objectives.
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits strategy, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and sales commission frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development (OD), succession planning, and leadership development programs.
