Overview

The HR Executive will be part of a global HR team and will support all employee-related matters within the UAE. This role plays an integral part in managing day-to-day HR operations and overseeing the full employee lifecycle for UAE contracted employees. The HR Executive will also contribute to periodic projects and HR initiatives as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & HR Operations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for UAE employees.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for UAE employees, including preparing HR documentation, coordinating logistics, handling relocation and housing requests, and administering benefit enrolments and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMS and CMAP, and generate reports as required
  • Handle adhoc employee requests including employment verification, official letters, remote working and leave management
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely and professional support to employee queries
  • Manage the HR Hub on the employee intrant, ensuring information and resources are up to date and accessible

Visa & Immigration Management:

  • Oversee the UAE visa process, including residency, work permits, golden visas, and renewals, under the guidance of the Global HR Manager
  • Coordinate with the KSA HR Executive on KSA-related visas, including Iqama, business visas, and re-entry procedures, to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Maintain and regularly update the visa tracker to monitor upcoming expiry dates and renewal timelines
  • Prepare and share a monthly immigration report with the HR team, highlighting upcoming deadlines and required actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR administration or operations, preferably within a global organisation
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
