Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional with 4-5 years of experience to manage the entire HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting top talent, fostering an engaging onboarding experience, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing offboarding processes. This role requires someone who can contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture while driving HR excellence.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate job offers and negotiate employment terms.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation and induction.
  • Plan and execute orientation programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.

HR Policy Compliance & Administration

  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
  • Address employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Offboarding

  • Handle the resignation/termination process, including exit interviews.
  • Provide insights to improve retention and address workforce challenges.
  • Ensure timely processing of final settlements and clearances.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in an HR role in the tech or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms is plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
