Job Description

What You'll do:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews for a variety of roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with developing job descriptions.
  • Oversee background checks, offer letters, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support them.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, including succession planning, skills gap analysis, and talent pipeline development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes.
  • Provide support during organizational changes, helping communicate changes to employees and assisting with implementation processes.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, and recruitment metrics).
  • Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leaders on people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Educate employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment and changes.
  • Track market trends in compensation and benefits to make recommendations for competitive packages.
  • Performance Management & Development
  • Support the performance review process, assisting managers with evaluation tools and feedback methods.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, including career planning and skills development.
  • Identify training needs and work with internal teams or external vendors to organize training sessions.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist, specialist, or related HR role, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
