Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programme in line with market standards.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
