Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's long-term growth and talent needs. This role ensures the attraction, development, and retention of top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen employer branding, and maintain full compliance with HR policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advanced HR strategies that align with and support the organization's long-term objectives.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide expert guidance on organizational growth and talent management.
Lead cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract and secure highly skilled and talented professionals across all levels.
Design and drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a leading employer of choice.
Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-tier candidates who align with organizational values and goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) are strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring skilled and talented professionals across multiple domains.
