Job Title: HRIS Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
Job Summary:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while delivering effective HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Maintain and update HR master data ensuring high data integrity and accuracy
- Ensure HR data security and compliance with data protection standards
- Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports
- Conduct system testing (UAT & integration) for smooth functionality
- Coordinate with users and IT to resolve system-related issues
- Support system configuration, integrations, and vendor coordination
- Perform regular HR data audits and maintain documentation
- Provide user support and contribute to HR analytics initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HRIS
- Hands-on experience in HR system implementation and upgrades
- Strong understanding of data integrity, data security, and compliance
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
