Job Title: HRIS Officer (Human Resource Information System)

Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days
Transportation: Provided within Abu Dhabi city limits
Job Summary:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems/platforms in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification and implementation of HR platforms.
- Design HR dashboards and prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update HR master data.
- Ensure full system testing (integration and UAT).
- Coordinate and resolve system-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT for system integration and upgrades.
- Conduct HR data audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain HRIS documentation and user guides.
- Provide technical support for HRIS users.
- Assist in system configuration and customization.
- Support vendor coordination and HR analytics initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, including 4+ years in HR systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
