Job Description

Job Title: HRIS Officer (Human Resource Information System)

Department: Human Resources

Industry: Construction and Project Management

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract: 6-month outsourced role (Extendable, depending on the requirement)

Salary: AED 10,000

Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days

Transportation: Provided within Abu Dhabi city limits

Job Summary:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems/platforms in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and implementation of HR platforms.
  • Design HR dashboards and prepare monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain and update HR master data.
  • Ensure full system testing (integration and UAT).
  • Coordinate and resolve system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT for system integration and upgrades.
  • Conduct HR data audits for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain HRIS documentation and user guides.
  • Provide technical support for HRIS users.
  • Assist in system configuration and customization.
  • Support vendor coordination and HR analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, including 4+ years in HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
