Job Description

The HC Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting the alignment of human capital initiatives with organizational objectives to enhance performance, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HC strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive performance management and employee development processes.
  • Support employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring and retention strategies.
  • Monitor HC metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 36 years of HR/HC experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred.
