The HC Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting the alignment of human capital initiatives with organizational objectives to enhance performance, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to implement HC strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
- Drive performance management and employee development processes.
- Support employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring and retention strategies.
- Monitor HC metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 36 years of HR/HC experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred.
