Human Resources and Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources and Marketing Manager. The individual will oversee employer branding initiatives, manage HR functions such as talent acquisition and employee relations, and lead marketing strategies to promote the organization's services. Responsibilities include developing and executing campaigns targeted at job seekers, freelancers, and employers, fostering strong relationships with employees and external partners, and ensuring alignment between HR efforts and marketing strategies to enhance overall engagement and brand presence.

• Proficiency in Employer Branding and Marketing strategies tailored for talent acquisition and organizational growth
• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace environment
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members, job seekers, and stakeholders
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Results-oriented mindset with strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, marketing campaigns, or education-related sectors is a plus
