The Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines across all departments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with recruitment partners and agencies.
Implement structured hiring processes that ensure speed, quality, and great candidate experience.
2. Employee Nurturing & Engagement
Develop onboarding and induction programs that help new hires integrate seamlessly into Evolution's culture.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
Conduct one-on-one check-ins and pulse surveys to measure engagement and morale.
Drive initiatives to strengthen internal communication, motivation, and team bonding.
3. HR Strategy & Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing guidance on workforce planning, team structure, and performance management.
Translate business objectives into people strategies and actionable HR plans.
Support leaders with conflict resolution, change management, and career development conversations.
Ensure alignment of HR practices with company goals and culture.
4. Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance appraisal cycle and ensure clarity of KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
Support learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and future leaders.
Identify high potential talent and work with management to design growth pathways.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Review and refine policies related to leave, attendance, conduct, and employee well-being.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business-partnering or people leadership role.
Experience in fast-paced, growing organizations (preferably in event, media, or hospitality).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
A people-first mindset empathetic, approachable, and proactive.
