Mackenzie Jones is currently partnering with a well-established regional organization to appoint a senior HR Business Partner to support a key business unit within a diversified group.
This is a high-impact role requiring a resilient and commercially minded HR professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the CEO, influencing stakeholders and shaping people strategy.
The role requires a mature and credible HR leader with strong expertise across strategic HR disciplines including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with business leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the Business Unit strategy, ensuring people priorities support overall business objectives.
Support the development and implementation of the HR business plan, aligning HR initiatives with broader corporate strategy and goals.
Ensure effective implementation of group HR policies, frameworks, and strategic guidelines across the Business Unit, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Contribute to HR budget planning and cost management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and aligned with operational requirements.
Key requirements:
The ideal candidate will bring 810+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multinational environments, strong stakeholder management capability, and familiarity with corporate governance frameworks.
Experience within Real Estate, Construction, EPC, or Fit-Out environments would be highly advantageous.
