Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the region.

This role plays a critical part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling sustainable growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with leadership to translate business priorities into effective people strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, including organizational structuring and capability development
  • Provide data-driven insights to support headcount planning, productivity, and cost optimization
  • Identify workforce risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure business continuity

2. Performance & Employee Relations

  • Drive the performance management cycle, including probation confirmation and annual reviews
  • Guide managers on performance improvement, accountability, and team effectiveness
  • Provide practical and risk-aware advice on employee relations matters
  • Foster a high-performance culture through consistent standards and policy application

3. Talent & Organizational Development

  • Support strategic hiring aligned with business growth and expansion plans
  • Contribute to succession planning and long-term talent development initiatives
  • Strengthen onboarding processes to enhance employee integration and productivity
  • Partner with leadership on retention and employee engagement strategies

4. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management and documentation
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on payroll, benefits, and cost controls
  • Maintain strong HR governance practices to minimize legal and operational risks

Profile & Requirements

  • 35 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in corporate, regional, or multinational environments is preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to commercial outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Urdu is an advantage
