Looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and drive the people strategy for a multinational financial services organisation. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to support business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performance, risk-aware culture aligned with global standards.
The ideal candidate will have deep HR leadership experience within multinational financial services environments, with strong exposure to regulated businesses and complex, multi-jurisdictional workforces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with business objectives and global HR frameworks.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Committee and senior leadership.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure full compliance with financial services regulations, labor laws, governance, and internal policies.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, performance management, and reward frameworks aligned to market benchmarks.
- Drive culture, employee engagement, DEI, and change management initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and complex HR cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure HR policies align with regulatory expectations.
- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance and commercially focused HR function.
- Manage HR budgets and provide data-driven insights through HR analytics and reporting.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformation where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 1215 years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership experience in financial services.
- Proven background working within multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Experience supporting complex, multi-country operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at board and executive level.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
