Job Description:
The HR Director leads all human resources activities related to workforce planning, recruitment, management, and development, in alignment with the company's operational and organizational goals. This role ensures compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of the transportation and field operations sector.
- Oversee local and international recruitment activities and workforce planning based on vacancies across branches and operational sites.
- Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Labor Law (including avoidance of violations such as expired residency permits or undocumented contracts).
- Manage performance evaluation, employee motivation, and succession planning processes.
- Lead training and development initiatives, particularly for operational roles (e.g., drivers, field supervisors).
- Ensure effective management of employee affairs, residency (Iqama), social insurance (GOSI), and payroll.
- Support healthy employee relations and handle labor disputes to maintain a stable work environment.
- Coordinate with operational departments to assess and respond to HR needs across all sites.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform, and GOSI regulations.
- Previous experience in an operational or logistics environment is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
