We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director to lead the Organizational Development (OD), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions within our EPC engineering firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive organizational effectiveness, develop competitive compensation strategies, and foster strong HR partnerships across the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance company culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives for talent management, succession planning, change management, and leadership development.
- Design, implement, and oversee competitive C&B programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in the EPC engineering sector.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits packages aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services across departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategies to address organizational challenges.
- Drive HR analytics and insights to support decision-making related to workforce planning and development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations regarding HR policies and practices.
- Promote a high-performance culture by integrating OD and C&B strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in OD and C&B roles, preferably within EPC or engineering sectors.
- Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing HR functions at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE labor market, employment laws, and industry standards.

- Proven ability to design and implement OD and C&B programs that support business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
