Job Brief:
We are seeking a proactive and experiencedHR Executiveto manage day-to-day human resources operations within the real estate sector in Dubai. The role requires hands-on experience in regional HR practices, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with labor laws, with a strong understanding of HR policies specific to real estate organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with the Labor Law and real estate industry practices.
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, renewals, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with PROs and government authorities.
- Support payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
Job Requirements:
- 45 years of overall HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in aregional-based real estate company(mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and practices within the real estate sector.
- Sound knowledge of Labor Law and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in visa processing, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
