Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR executive professional to join our organization. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a structured and professional work environment while supporting organizational objectives.   • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee filing, databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
  • Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
  • Assisting in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
  • Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
  • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and appraisal meetings.
  • Support HR team to understand the performance management system.
  • Maintain appraisal documentation and feedback records.
  • Involved on succession planning and organizational development
  • Controlling vehicles tracking system by recoding all transaction and provide proper reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
