We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR executive professional to join our organization. - Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee filing, databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
- Assisting in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and appraisal meetings.
- Support HR team to understand the performance management system.
- Maintain appraisal documentation and feedback records.
- Involved on succession planning and organizational development
- Controlling vehicles tracking system by recoding all transaction and provide proper reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
