We're Hiring:Human Resources Executive Fidelity Fitness Club (JLT, Dubai)
The Role
You will support and coordinate day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, documentation, staff records,compliance, culture, and performance,and HR administration, ensuring everything is accurate andreflects Fidelity's standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
This is ahands-on, execution-focused role,requiring maturity, discretion, and strong working knowledge of UAE labour law, andworking closely with management.
What You'll Do
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Build structured pipelines, interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely, quality hires across all departments.
- HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR systems, employee records, payroll coordination, visa/EID/insurance renewals, and WPS accuracy.
- Performance & Employee Relations Handle reviews and disciplinary processes with fairness and confidentiality.
- Culture & Engagement Drive initiatives that promote accountability, recognition, and internal communication within a diverse, service-driven team.
- Policy & Governance Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, DMCC regulations, and internal SOPs; advise management on best practice and legal updates.
- Administration & Reporting Maintain precise HR files, expiry trackers, and management reports that support data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (required).
- 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE (fitness, hospitality, or retail experience highly valued).
- Proven recruitment success using structured interviews and pipeline management.
- Understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa/work permit processing, and HR documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English; professional communication and diplomacy.
- High ownership, strong organisation, calm under pressure, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
