Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support and enhance their HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring a smooth HR workflow across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Support performance management activities and assist with employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in HR reporting, data management, and preparation of HR metrics.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
