This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will manage recruitment efforts, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves overseeing HR operations, supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. The role will require collaboration across departments and the ability to handle multiple HR-related tasks efficiently and professionally.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues with professionalism
• Experience in implementing comprehensive and compliant HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resource practices, UAE labor laws, and workplace regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is a plus
