Job Description

Company: RIKAS Hospitality Group

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will support the HR function across all brands under RIKAS Hospitality Group, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and head office roles
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Maintain positive employee engagement across all outlets

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and government documentation (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives

5. Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR practices align with UAE labor regulations
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality group operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
