Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. Core responsibilities include employee onboarding, managing performance appraisals, updating HR records, resolving workplace issues, implementing HR policies, and collaborating with management on human resources strategies.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to handle processes such as recruitment, payroll management, and performance evaluations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and conflict resolution strategies to foster a positive workplace environment
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Familiarity with core Human Resources practices and compliance requirements in the UAE
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous
