Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, overseeing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Manage the full payroll cycle accurately and on time
• Handle the complete process of medical and social insurance for employees
• Ensure compliance with social insurance regulations and labor laws
• Maintain and update employee records using an HR system
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide employee support
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of social insurance regulations
• Experience in payroll and recruitment
• Experience working on an HR system (HRIS)
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
•Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively
