Role Summary
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented HR professional with a strong focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, HR systems, and cost control. This role requires a solid numerical mindset and the ability to manage HR data, invoices, and vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with local labor regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, renewals, and employee queries
- Maintain and manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll systems, benefits platforms), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare, review, and validate HR-related invoices (payroll providers, medical insurance, benefits, recruitment vendors) in coordination with Finance
- Support salary reviews, adjustments, allowances, and benefits cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and legal requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on payroll, C&B, and HR system matters
- Produce HR reports and reconciliations related to payroll, headcount, benefits, and costs
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a systems, payroll, and benefits perspective
- Assist with HR audits, data requests, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 35 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience handling HR invoices, reconciliations, and vendor coordination
- Good understanding of HR compliance and payroll regulations
- Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll platforms, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive data
