Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee HR operations, ensure consistent application of HR policies, and handle employee-related inquiries. Responsibilities include managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The role also involves creating and maintaining HR policies and processes to support the organizational culture and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and expertise in Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
