About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented HR Generalists to join our HR team. The role offers a broad exposure to all HR functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personnel & HR Operations
- Maintain complete and compliant employee files and contracts.
- Manage social and medical insurance processes (enrollment, termination, monthly forms, and renewals).
- Handle attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor law.
2. Organizational Development (OD)
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and competency frameworks.
- Participate in updating job descriptions, organization charts, and training plans.
- Assist in HR projects related to engagement, culture, and employee experience.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a focal point for employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Support internal communication and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are aligned with company policies and labor law.
4. SAP User
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR (covering a mix of Operations, Insurance, Recruitment, OD, or Employee Relations).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR module.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
