Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and coordination with finance/payroll vendors

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes
  • Support managers with goal setting and performance reviews
  • Track performance review cycles and outcomes

Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies
  • Support audits and internal HR reporting

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Track training attendance and effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
