Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Support payroll preparation and coordination with finance/payroll vendors
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes
- Support managers with goal setting and performance reviews
- Track performance review cycles and outcomes
Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies
- Support audits and internal HR reporting
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
- Track training attendance and effectiveness
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
