-Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
-Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management for factory/field employees.
-Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
-Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
-Conduct orientation sessions and assist in training coordination.
-Manage HR reports, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a blue-collar. Hands-on experience with employee documentation and compliance processes.
-Proven experience in recruitment and workforce planning for blue-collar positions.
-Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
-Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
