Internship Description:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining compensation and benefits data and reports.
- Support payroll activities, including data collection, validation, and documentation.
- Help in updating employee records related to incentives, and benefits.
- Participate in salary benchmarking and market research activities.
- Help in updating employee records related to employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, etc.)
- Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits under supervision.
Duration: 6 Months.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
Experience:
Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
