Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Dammam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee training programs, and managing payroll and benefits. The Human Resources Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, resolving employee conflicts, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies aligned with legal compliance
  • Skills in managing payroll, employee benefits, and compensation planning
  • Proven ability to design and execute training and development programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
