A leading real estate brokerage in Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and scale its HR function across a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This is a critical leadership role focused on building operational excellence, strengthening people strategy, and driving a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units
- Align HR strategy with aggressive business growth and expansion plans
- Drive performance management frameworks that enforce accountability
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal governance standards
- Strengthen HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven track record in high-growth, performance-driven industries (real estate preferred)
- Strong business acumen — understands revenue, targets, and operational pressure
- Hands-on leader who can execute, not just strategize
- Confident stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior leadership
