Job Description

Job Responsibilities

I. Human Resources Management (HR)

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business development needs, with a focus on attracting sales and marketing talents.
  • Manage local and international recruitment channels and build a sales talent pipeline.

Performance & Incentives

  • Establish a sales team performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR) aligned with company strategy.
  • Design and optimize sales incentive schemes (bonuses, commissions, long-term incentives, etc.).

Employee Relations & Culture Building

  • Handle employee relations, labor contracts, and visa-related matters to ensure compliance.
  • Promote cross-cultural team integration and enhance sales team cohesion and execution capability.

Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs for sales and management staff, focusing on sales techniques, compliance awareness, and team leadership skills.

HR Policies & Processes

  • Formulate and optimize local HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance with group headquarters.

II. Administration Management (Admin)

  1. Responsible for daily office operations, including office facilities, administrative procurement, and vendor management.
  2. Handle company licenses, compliance documents, and government relations in Dubai.
  3. Provide administrative support for sales team travel, events, and meetings.
  4. Manage company assets, fixed asset registers, and office safety.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in HR/HRBP/HRM, with at least 2 years supporting sales teams; experience in fintech or internet industry preferred.
  3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  4. Familiar with labor laws and administrative procedures in the Middle East, especially Dubai.
  5. Results-oriented, strong execution capability, able to drive implementation in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  6. Possess administrative management experience; overseas branch operation experience is a plus.
