We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate , with expertise in hiring sales consultants and marketing professionals.
This role is exclusively focused on recruitment & running Day to day HR Errands sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet our business needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and Day to day HR process, from job posting to final selection, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding , Offboarding of employees
- Add them to GOSI and medical insurance
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and networking events.
- Build a strong database of pre-qualified real estate professionals for future hiring needs.
- Partner with universities, real estate associations, and training institutions to source fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize assessment tests and background checks to validate candidate credentials.
- Provide shortlists of top candidates to hiring managers with detailed interview evaluations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Work closely with HR Team to define job descriptions, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround times.
- Maintain and update an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on real estate job market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to attract top talent.
- Develop creative recruitment campaigns and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach.
