This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, develop and implement HR strategies, and manage policies and procedures. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment to support team and organizational goals.

• Strong knowledge of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in policy development and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Skills in training and development, as well as fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the real estate sector, is a plus
