Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Malqa for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. They will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and design and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall goals. Additionally, they will lead efforts in employee engagement, training, and development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Head of Human Resources role. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, setting and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and optimizing HR strategies to align with the company's objectives. The role includes collaborating with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient people management and development.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee performance management.
  • Proficiency in labor laws, compliance regulations, and creating effective HR policies and strategies.
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with the ability to analyze HR data effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality, while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
