This is an on-site, full-time position for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing payroll and benefits, handling employee development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational policies
• Experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
• Skills in leadership, decision-making, and team coordination
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD is an advantage
• Relevant HR experience in real estate or similar industries will be considered a strong asset
