The Human ResourcesManager will partner closely with the Airport's Senior Leadership Team and People Managers to develop a high-performing, engaged workforce, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle. The role will act as the trusted HR advisor for the project, providing pragmatic guidance on people matters, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and daa International policies.

Recognised as a credible and trusted People Expert, the HR Manager will provide both strategic and operational HR support across all levels of the organisation, leading the delivery of high-quality HR services that enable the airport to achieve its operational and business objectives.

Critical to the success of this role is developing a strong understanding of airport operations and maintaining a visible presence across the business, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees alike. The successful candidate will also play a key role within the wider daa International KSA HR team, contributing to HR initiatives, continuous improvement and the development of best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the full range of HR services to support the end-to-end employee experience in Red Sea International Airport Project, ensuring the proper organisation and execution of HR activities in compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner to the Airport Leadership Team, People Managers and employees, providing professional advice and practical solutions across all areas of HR.
  • Provide front line advice to People Managers on employee relations issues, acting as an expert advisor in Saudi Arabian labour law.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the airport operation and proactively identify people-related risks and opportunities, partnering with managers to implement effective HR solutions.
  • Proactively support and guide People Managers in the implementation of our HR policies, processes, and ways of work.
  • Partner with the KSA Talent Acquisition team to support RSI resourcing plans taking a direct role in the recruitment of roles as appropriate / required.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure the successful onboarding, induction and probation management of new employees who join the Red Sea International Airport team.
  • Develop and maintain rolling workforce plans in partnership with operational leaders, ensuring staffing requirements align with operational demand, seasonal passenger volumes and business growth.
  • Support People Managers in setting objectives, conducting mid-year and annual performance reviews, managing performance improvement plans and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Airport CEO, senior leadership team and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.
  • Lead and develop the on-site HR team, establishing clear priorities, service standards and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a responsive, customer-focused HR function.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider KSA HR team and HR COEs to implement strategic HR initiatives, organisational change programmes and employee engagement activities across the business.
  • Produce, analyse and present HR metrics and management information including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment activity and workforce planning to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team in Red Sea International Airport to provide people data and other requests as required.
  • Champion daa International's values, promoting an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture that supports employee engagement, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field.
  • Professional Memberships: Preferably CIPD or similar.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager role supporting operational business functions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively with people at all levels of the organization/externally.
  • Proactive, data-driven and can prioritize tasks independently.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Structured and systematic approach to work with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Team player and supports colleagues to achieve their goals.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and experience applying employment legislation in a practical business environment.
  • Experience working within a multicultural, matrix organisation would be highly desirable.
