We're looking for an HR Manager who understands that People & Culture is both human and strategic. Someone who balances structure with empathy, business thinking with people insight, and operational excellence with cultural impact.

You won't just manage HR processes you will help build systems, strengthen culture, and support the growth of our teams and our business.

  1. What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations and people management for our Cairo office
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and practices aligned with Think Human standards and local labor requirements
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition in partnership with department leaders
  • Drive onboarding, probation follow-ups, and employee lifecycle management
  • Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers on people-related matters
  • Support performance management cycles, feedback culture, and development conversations
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal communication
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal governance
  • Support learning and development initiatives aligned with company growth
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand and employee experience

2.Technical Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and stakeholder management
  • Ability to structure HR processes while maintaining flexibility in fast-moving environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience managing HR systems and employee data
  • Ability to analyze people-related data and translate insights into action
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic mandatory)

4.What We're Looking For

  • 46 years of HR experience in agency, consultancy, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting growing teams or scaling operations is a plus
  • Strong operational HR background combined with strategic thinking
  • Experience working closely with leadership teams
  • Ability to build structure where needed while maintaining agility
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and problem-solving mindset
