Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, based in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. Key responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, overseeing recruitment processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and managing records to meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong grasp of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Experience in Job Description Development and organizational structure design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous
