Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Human Resources Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. The role entails collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, creating job advertisements, utilizing recruitment channels, and managing job offers. The recruiter will also maintain and update applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates effectively
• Ability to manage applicant tracking systems and organize hiring documentation
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam with attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with global recruitment trends and industries is a plus
