About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Saudi national candidate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits, including GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure effective use and compliance with MHRSD, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad platforms.
- Oversee Iqama renewals, work permits, and visa-related processes for expatriate employees.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Experience with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR/ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks.
